Jurisdiction: Covers the 165 km Yamuna Expressway corridor connecting Greater Noida to Agra, including Sector 17A, 18, 20, 22D, 24, 25, 26, and the upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar) influence area.
- Group Housing & Township Cell: Regulates private developer integrated townships along Yamuna Expressway.
- Law Department: Handles disputes under Section 41 of the UP Industrial Area Development Act.
